Every 40 seconds, someone in the United States has a stroke. The faster people recognize it and act, the better the outcomes. A stroke occurs when a clot blocks the blood supply to the brain or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts. Know the warning signs of a stroke and remember to act F.A.S.T.
